Equipment Colocation
Does your business have servers that need hosting/managing but you don't have the right kind of facility to do it yourself? TCC does. Our partern, WIN, has built a brand new data center in Eau Claire for colocating equipment. It is a state-of-the-art facility with dual backup generators and top-of-the-line air quaility, temperature and fire suppression systems. The entire facility is secure, along with the individual cabinet where your equipment is located.
Data Storage
Aside from routine backups and archiving, we also offer bulk data storage. If you just need a lot of space and do not have the resources to host and manage it yourself, let TCC do it for you. Our storage servers are backed up and secure so only you have access to your data.
E-Mail Archiving
Many organizations are recommended or even required by law to store several years' worth of email, but most businesses are not set up to do this. But TCC has a sophisticated Email Archive service where we can store all your incoming and outgoing email for as long as you want. Static IP/Subnet

Pro-Surfer and Business plans include one Static IP address. With lower plans there is a $25.00 setup and $10.00 per month, per IP fee.
Our Static IPs are set up so you do not have to assign the IP, Subnet Mask and Gateway in your router. Leave as DHCP and our network will direct the traffic for you.
Wired/Wireless Networking
